Privacy Policy — Wigglers

Wigglers ("the app") is developed by Lemur Thumbs ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the app interacts with and how it's handled. Wigglers is a music-making toy — it does not require an account, a login, or an internet connection to use.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information ourselves. Wigglers has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or crash-reporting service of our own.

Everything you create in the app — your patterns, sounds, and settings — is saved only in local storage on your own device (Android's private app storage). It is never uploaded anywhere by us, and we have no way to access it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Wigglers shows banner ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure these ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as your advertising ID, general device information, approximate location, and app interaction data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites and apps. We do not receive or store this data ourselves — it is collected and processed by Google.

You can limit ad personalization on your device under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording varies by Android version), or manage your ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Permissions the app requests

• Vibration — used for haptic feedback on taps and holds. No data is collected.
• Bluetooth (connect) — used only to send MIDI output to a Bluetooth MIDI device you choose to connect, if any. No data about you or your device is collected or sent anywhere by us.
• MIDI — used to communicate with MIDI hardware/software connected to your device. This is local device-to-device communication only.

Recordings and exports

When you record or export audio, the app creates an audio file in its own local storage area and then hands it to Android's standard share sheet if you choose to share it. Where that file goes after that is entirely up to you and the app you share it to — Wigglers itself does not upload or transmit it anywhere.

Children's privacy

Wigglers is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new feature that changes what data is handled. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
